Relax and float! Allow yourself to be gently guided through a relaxing yoga nidra practice accompanied by the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls - in an aerial hammock!
Please arrive promptly by 7:45pm so there is plenty of time to set up your space and get comfortable before we begin. The practice itself will be about 30min. Feel free to bring any comfort items from home (pillows, blankets, etc.), and even wear your PJs if you like! This is NOT a movement oriented practice, you will be relaxed the whole time.
