Yoga is an empowering practice that can help us to build physical strength, stamina, and flexibility. As we learn and practice the physical poses, we also enjoy the benefits of stress relief, increased relaxation, self-awareness, patience, compassion... the list is endless.

On Track Yoga was founded by Rachael Harper in 2013 and began as a boutique yoga studio located in downtown Mount Holly, NC. OTY was created from a desire to have a community to practice with and teach, where everyone is encouraged to be their authentic self. In 2024, Rachael lovingly made the decision to retire from studio ownership, proudly merging the brick and mortar studio with Down Dog Yoga.

On Track Yoga is alive and well, offering movement classes and other wellness offerings with Rachael Harper, an Integrative Health Practitioner. In addition to a weekly yoga class at Down Dog Yoga Mt Holly, other wellness offerings with Rachael include Thai Yoga mobility + energy work, Health Coaching, Private Yoga Instruction for all ages, and more.
