Yoga is an empowering practice that can help us to build physical strength, stamina, and flexibility. As we learn and practice the physical poses, we also enjoy the benefits of stress relief, increased relaxation, self-awareness, patience, compassion... the list is endless.

On Track Yoga was founded by Rachael Harper in 2013 and began as a boutique yoga studio located in downtown Mount Holly, NC. OTY was created from a desire to have a community to practice with and teach, where everyone is encouraged to be their authentic self. In 2024, Rachael lovingly made the decision to retire from studio ownership, proudly merging the brick and mortar studio with Down Dog Yoga.

On Track Yoga with Rachael Harper is alive and well, offering classes and other wellness offerings. Our homebase studio is Down Dog Yoga, Mt Holly. In addition to weekly yoga classes, other wellness offerings with Rachael include Thai Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda Health Counseling, Private Yoga Instruction for all ages, and more.

Thankfully, the OTY community is still connected with a beautiful family of loving yoga teachers dedicated to serving the Gaston County yoga community and inspiring wellness and self-awareness for folks of all different shapes, sizes, and ability levels. Yoga is for everyone, and each posture should be practiced to fit each unique body and mind.
