This seasonal workshop is based on the principles of Ayurveda, India’s 5000 year old traditional system of medicine. The word “Ayurveda” often translates into “science of life” and is considered by many to be the sister science to yoga. Ayurveda teaches us how to get back to the basics of self-care, creating better body awareness, better digestion, better energy, more mental clarity, better habits, and living life with a greater sense of ease.
