Rachael Harper

OTY Studio Owner, E-RYT500, YACEP, Aerial yoga
Thai Yoga Therapist, Ayurveda Health Counselor

Hi! I'm Rachael. i am grateful to introduce myself as a full-time ayurveda health counselor, thai yoga therapist, yoga teacher and studio owner. i'm a friend, an  accountability partner, and facilitator of community + authentic, meaningful connection.
Let me be the first to welcome you to our beloved On Track Yoga community!

Since my teaching journey began in 2010 I have completed thousands of hours of training in various styles of yoga and related healing arts, all of which work together to inform my personal teaching style. Although I enjoy teaching a variety of classes including vinyasa flow, gentle/therapeutic, restorative, yin, and aerial yoga among others, my regular classes predominantly consist of strong but accessible mindfully-paced flows with great emphasis on breath, spinal alignment, and core connection. Class rhythms often evolve with the changing seasons in alignment with the teachings of Ayurveda.

Working with people one-on-one is my true passion. I believe in creating authentic and meaningful connections using the healing practice of Thai yoga therapy and through private + small group yoga instruction, whether introducing new students to yoga or addressing the specific needs of any level of practitioner. I am also pleased to offer health counseling for students committed to tangible transformation and self-healing using the principles of Ayurveda.

My intention is to serve. I teach to help you feel supported and at ease, to encourage confidence and authenticity, to challenge you to step outside your comfort zone, and to inspire you to practice and live with integrity, compassion, and joy!

Please don't hesitate to contact me directly at rachael@ontrackyoga.com if you feel that I may be of service now or in the future, or if you have any questions about our studio.
I look forward to connecting!

Lydia Steadman

ryt200

My name is Lydia Steadman. I am a certified yoga teacher with a long background in meditation. I received my 200 hour RYT training through the Yoga Alliance accredited certification program, Bella Vita Yoga.
My particular style of yoga and meditation includes the use of life-building themes, imagery, poetry, and words of power to motivate and inspire my students to live life from a space of hope, resiliency, and in the height of their own integrity. I offer ideas to consider and explore on the mat through intentional and purposeful movement and meditation that can be then taken off of the mat and applied to real life circumstances.
My dream and mission in life is to connect with people and help them to discover their own innate value and purpose because all positive change in the world first begins in our own hearts.

Lisa Myers

Aerial Yoga; Ayurveda

Lisa Myers is a long-time student at OTY and has been teaching yoga and Aerial yoga since 2017. In 2019, she completed her Ayurveda Health Counselor certification and began group coaching on daily and seasonal habits. She is currently deepening her studies in Ayurvedic Herbalism. You can find Lisa teaching Aerial Yoga and Cocooning at On Track, and collaborating with Rachael on Ayurveda workshops and offerings.

Emma McGee

rYT200; aerial yoga

Emma’s journey with yoga began simply as a form of movement. As her practice grew she started to notice her practice as a mirror to her life. The subtle effects from her practice appeared in her life off the mat, while her current ways of being brought themselves to surface while on the mat as well. Learning to observe herself, brought opportunities to choose and shift how she shows up in this world. Yoga reunites Emma with choice, grace, and unconditional love. Her intention through teaching is to bridge the connection between mind and heart through breath and movement. Holding space to reunite others to a life of choice. May we shed our skins on the mat, all on the journey to our own personal power. To build the strength to harvest our dreams and live full lives, yoga is for every body. Wake up to what is possible.
